Best Western Plus Hotel De Capuleti - Verona

Staying at this hotel was a good experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the arena and various attractions. Room 204 was pretty good in size, offering more space than typical European hotels. I enjoyed a discount on breakfast. Plus, the complimentary drinks in the evenings were a nice touch. Staff members provided really good service, always friendly and helpful. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, a bit uncomfortable at times. The hot breakfast items could have been served hotter as well. Still, overall cleanliness stood out, and I felt safe walking back at night after events.

The hotel was original, the room was new-fashioned and I liked very polite staff. The restaurant was great for choice of restaurants here, I had hot dishes. The view from balcony over inner courtyard was lovely. The service was good and the location was great. Took a walk around city centre, located not very far from the venue. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish, can recommend.

Very close to the centre, but not so that there was too much traffic on the road. Our room (to the back) was very quiet. Very clean with comfortable beds. Very friendly staff, especially at check-in.

Everything was fantastic.

Well located on the border of the traffic-calmed inner city area. The rooms are of medium size I had booked a Superieur room - but it was not outstanding. Breakfast ok. You can park in the street for 1€ per hour. Outstandingly good staff. Ideal for a city trip. To the arena etc. it is about 10 minutes on foot.

The breakfast was only sporadically replenished at around half past nine. I felt it was a little too expensive for what was offered.

A clean, comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a private terrace. Location is decent, about a 7-minute walk to attractions like the Roman Arena. The breakfast offers a nice variety for just 5 euros. Noise from adjacent rooms, though, can disrupt your peace. Great staff who go the extra mile!

Great location

The central ventilation system was very noisy and regretfully could not be turned off. I am not sure that that was the case with all the rooms though. We slept in two and the noise was terrible in both.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, very good, the location of the hotel is fantastic, quiet and yet right in the middle, 5 minutes to Piazza Bra, Arena. I can recommend it unconditionally!

The rain on Saturday. however, Venice is only an hour's drive away and the sun was shining there.
